At Olli Ella, we want you to love your timeless pieces, so if your order isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
